Children’s Community Center is a non-profit organization. We rely on various fundraising events throughout the year to offset our operational costs and keep our hourly rates affordable for our families.
Mills Miles Walk/Run and Basket Raffle
Held annually in early October at the MFHS Track, staff and families join for a morning of exercise and fun! The Run/Walk is sponsored by businesses and individuals in the community and is followed by our Basket Raffle.
The popular brand Colectivo coffee is offered for purchase each month. Order forms are located near the Family Connections Bulletin Board in the front lobby.
SCRIP is our gift card fundraiser. We have a selection of cash & carry gift cards available for purchase on site as well as a monthly order with additional selections. CCC keeps a percentage of the sale for each card. See the current order form below!
Plexi glass hand prints line the hallways of CCC. For $25, your child’s handprints will become a part of CCC history! Stop in the office for more information and to choose your child’s favorite colors for their hand prints!
Bakers from our center as well as the surrounding community bring their holiday creations to CCC for this popular annual holiday event. Arrive early for the best selection! Cookies are sold for $4 per dozen.
The Growing Tree is located on the main wall in our front lobby. Leaves are available for purchase and will be engraved to your specifications. Stop in the office for more information or pick up an order form near the Family Connections Bulletin Board in the front lobby.

Scholastic Book Fairs
Twice a year we host a Scholastic Book Fair, one in early spring and one in late Fall. The Buy One Get One (BOGO) sale is in Spring and the Full Price fair is in Fall. We earn Scholastic Dollars that go towards classroom materials and technology.
Save your box tops and drop them off in the collection box located near the Family Connections Bulletin Board in the front lobby.
Charitable Contributions & Donations
As a non-profit organization we greatly appreciate support from families, businesses, and the community. Monetary contributions are valued and assist in ongoing classroom materials and program improvement. Donations can also come in the form of new or gently used toys, snack items, art/craft supplies, sand toys, playground balls and more. Please stop in the office for more information.
